WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following official weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: “Present indications are for variable strong winds, but decreasing southerlies, giving place shortly to freshening northerlies in and southward of Cook Strait. Weather cold and changeable, with scattered showers in east coast districts. The barometer is unsteady in the north and is? falling soon, in the south.”
