I CLIFTON COUNTY COUNCIL. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Council by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Rating Act, 1908, it is the intention of the Clifton County Council at its next meeting, to be held on Friday, the 7th day of July, 1922, to make and levy under section 117 of the Counties Act, 1908, and in accordance with section 48 of the Rating . Act, 1908, a Genetai Rate of . Twopence r and one farthing (2jii) in the £ oh the Capital value of •all rateable property within each of the Ridings of the County of Clifton, namely, the Mokau, Uruti, Urenui. Tikorangi, Waihi and Ngatimaru 1 Ridings. Such General Rate ehall be for the year ending 31st March, 1923, and t shall be payable in one instalment on the 14th day of August, 1922, at 'the office of the Clifton County Council.
