There was fine weather and a good attendance for the second day of the Hawke’s Bay meeting to-day, and the track was in good order. The totalisator put through £16,154, as compared with £24,912 on the second day last year, a decrease of £8758. The total for both days was £31,802, against £48,040 last year, a decrease of £16,238.
