ARREST OF EIGHT AMERICANS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June ‘2O, 5.5 pun. New York, June 19. A Federal Grand Jury at Trenton, New Jersey, indicted Colonel M. Thompson, son-in-law of Colonel Harvey (American Ambassador to Britain), along with seven others, on charges of conspiracy to ship guns to the Republicans in Ireland a year ago. The in- ' dieted men are officials and employees of the Auto Ordnance Company. Thompson denies knowledge that guns were on board the steamer Eastside, which was seized before sailing.—Aus.JLZ.
