FINANCE IN MEXICO. Received June 18, 5.5 p.m. New York, June 17. An agreement has been signed between Mr. Thomas Lamont, representing the International Bankers’ Committee, and Dela Huert, Secretary of the Mexican Treasury, whereby Mexico will resume partial interest payments on her external debts, amounting to five hundred millions. All back interest, amounting to two hundred millions, is cancelled.
