MILK FOR EXPORT.
SOUTH AFRICA TO ENGLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received June 18, 5.5 p.m. London, June 17. An interesting experiment of bringing milk from South Africa resulted successfully. The milk, sterilised to three hundred Fahrenheit by a Danish process at Pietermaritzburg, was carried in a steamer’s coolroom and landed in London five weeks afterwards in perfect condition.—Aus.-N.Z.
