NON-COMMUNISTS IN DANGER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, June 13. Mr. Arthur Henderson, M.P., has received a protest from non-Communist Socialists in Russia, stating that their lives are in the greatest danger by an order of the central committee of the Communist Party. Resolutions are now being taken in all Russian towns demanding, in the name of the working classes and the soldiers, capita] punishment for all the accused. Mr. Henderson demands that this crime be prevented.
