JJAVE received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, to offer for sale by Public Auction at their Mart in DEVON STREET, NEW PLYMOUTH, on FRIDAY, the twenty-first day of July, 1922, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon — FIRSTLY—ALL that parcel of land situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing 25 acres, more or less, BEING the Section Numbered Four (4), Block Four (4), Waitara Survey District, BOUNDED towards the North-East by Section Five (2325.8 links), towards the South-East by North Road (1075 links), towards the SouthWest by Section Three (2325 links), and towards the NorthWest by the Sea; AND BEING the Whole of the land comprised and described in Deed of Mortgage Registered Number 43857.
