SUN-YAT-SEN’S MANIFESTO. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Peking, Juije 12. Sun-Yat-Sen has issued a manifesto in which he threatens to imprison the Chinese Parliament to prevent the proposed presidential election, if Wu Ting Fang resumes the Premiership at Peking in succession to Feng Hue Ching.
