A fire in Campbell and Son’s timber yard early this morning destroyed a wooden shed containing timber alnd most of the contents. The brigade worked splendidly to save the factory and machinery 15 feet away. The fire originated in a small stack of wood against the outside wall of the shed. There are suspicious circumstances. The loss is estimated at £5OO.
