The herd of 37 cows, which were in rather poor condition, averaging £9, the best selling from £l2 to £l5. A half-draught mare realised £3O 10s. At Waitoltoi, on June 7, we conducted a clearing sale of grade cows, implements, etc., on account of Mt. S. J. Sutton. There was a very good attendance of buyers, and good prices were realised for everything. Half of the cows were very nice Jerseys, and sold from £l6 to £24, Shorthorns and Holsteins sold from £9 to £l3, aged mare £2O, yearling filly £ll, sow and littef* £9 9s, weaner Jersey heifers £3 15s. At Waiwakaiho, on the Bth inst., store cows 20s, 27s Gd, light fat do. £2 ss, weaner steers 10s, 12s Gd, 2%-year-old do. 365, weaner heifers 26s Gd, £2 2s, Jersey do. £5 7s Gd, empty heifers £2 7s Gd, £3 4s.
