WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following official weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for strong and squally east to south-east winds northward of Kawhia and East Cape, and variable winds with moderate to strong southerlies predominating elsewhere shortly. Weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain probable, especially in the northern districts. The barometer is unsteady, with a tendency to fall in the north, but will rise in the south.”
