Acting-President Smith, of the British Miners’ Federation, has arrived at Cincinnati to participate, as fraternal delegate, in the American Federation of Labor Convention. He declared that the British miners would refuse to dig coal for exportation to break the American coal strike. British miners were attempting to put a check on reported shipments.
