FATE OF A BARQUE.

THE MISSING MANUREWA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 2, 7.20 p.m. Sydney, June 2. The Manurewa inquiry has been adjourned for the production of further evidence. Testimony was given that she was seaworthy and well found and well manned at the time of her departure. None of the hatches recently washed ashore corresponded with those of the Manurewa. The suggestion has been hazarded that she was run down in the dark or heeled over in a sudden “buster.” —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
