PORT VICTOR TO SAIL The rain has delayed the loading of the liner Port Victor, and It ’s not anticipated that she will clear port till between 10 and 12 o’clock to-day. CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR STANDING OFF. The Canadian Constructor, with a case oil cargo from New York, arrived off New Plymouth at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Owing to the Port Victor occupying the deep sea berth at present, the Canadian Constructor could not berth, and is standing off several miles from the coast. She will berth when the Port Victor sails, probably about noon to-day. So far the vessel has had no communication with the shore. She is a vessel of 7177 tons gross, her length being 445 feet overall. Captain H. E. Webb is in command. Discharging operations will be commenced on Monday, and it is expected the vessel will sail for Auckland on Wednesday. From that port she later sails for New York direct. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa brought passengers and. 170 tons of cargo from Onehungat yesterday morning, and sailed on the return trip last night. The vessel will leave Onehunga at 4.30 instead of 3 p.m. on Monday afternoon for the convenience of those attending the Auckland races. KAHIKA TO-DAY. The Kahika left Wellington for New iPlymouth at 8.15 p.m. last night with 500 tons of general cargo from southern ports, and should arrive here to-day. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS.
