WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington. Last Night. The following official forecast was Issued at 4 p.in. to-day:—“Present indications are for strong and squally north-east winds, backing to westerlies in northernmost districts, and south-east to south-west winds elsewhere. Cold and unsettled weather may be expected, with rain probable generally, and snow on the higher levels in the south. The barometer is unsteadj’, but is rising everywhere shortly.’’
