GERMANY GAINING CONTROL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 1, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, May 31. A Russo-German trust has been formed at Moscow with the approval of the Soviet. Leading firms concerned are Krupps and the Stinnes group. The capital is 30,000 million paper marks. A German group takes up half the shares, the other half being held by the Russian Commissariat Foreign Trade and Supreme Economic Council. It is stated the Germans will gain control of the metallurgical and mining industries, and will establish new foundries and metallurgical factories in Russia. — Times Service.
