ENTERTAINMENTS.

EVERYBODY’S. LAST NIGHT OF “PRINCESS MARY’S WEDDING.” There was a big attendance at Everybody’s last night to see the films of the wedding of Princess Mary. The pictures are exceptionally well taken and give a fine view’ of the many points of interest connected with the ceremony. In addition to the wedding picture the complete mid-week programme was screened, including the Vitagraph five-reel feature; “Three Sevens,” with Antonio Moreno in the lead. This is one of Moreno’s best portrayals, showing him as a hero who faces real danger, and fights his way every inch of the films. Other pictures shown were a tworeel Christie comedy, the topical budget, and a Chester outing scenic. The complete programme shows to-night for the last time. \ “THE GIRL IN THE TAXI?,’ The change of programme for to-morrow will be headed by “The Girl in the Taxi,” starring Mr. and Mrs. Carter de Have. THE PEOPLE’S. “THE LITTLE MINISTER” TO-NIGHT. Amazing in its realism is the universal verdict of the Paramount picturisation of Sir James M. Barrie’s “The Little - Minister,” featuring Betty Compson, to be seen to-night and to-morrow at the People’s. Barrie is a by-word for all that is piquant and quaint, his works betraying- a delicacy and charm, moulded by genius. This picture is wonderful. It has caught the very spirit of the writer, and unfolds the delightful romance of the “Little Minister” and the Gipsy in an appealing manner. The fine portrayals of the players have been thrown against the most realistic background ever filmed. Thrums is the personification. of the old-time Scottish village, and is peopled with the inhabitants of a bygone time. A wonderful picture throughout. “The Little Minister” is the best-loved romance in the world, and one of the greatest stage successes in all history. The prices of admission remain as usual.
