The unarket generally is on the dull side, although there is a steady demand for seeds. Good milling wheat continues to be disposed of as it comes in, hut the position is different as far as under-grade wheat Is concerned. Oats are just as hard to sell as they were last week, enquiries for them being few and far between. Ryegrass and cocksfoot are selling well, principally for delivery about the end of July and beginning of August. Tho indications are that there will be a good demand for these for the spring. Partridge peas are still selling firmly at Bs, and, in a few cases another sixpence or so is being paid. Linseed Is still quoted at last week’s rates. It is stated, however, that Australian buyers are hot prepared to pay this figure, and as fanners are reluctant to take less, there is not much doing in this line. Potatoes are dull of sale, but the Opinion is expressed that better prices will be obtainable before long. AUCKLAND SHARE MARKET Auckland, Last Night.
