JN accordance with the provisions of “The Waikato and King 'Country Counties Act, 1921-22,” “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” “The Counties Act, 1920.” and any other Adts and Authorities in that behalf enabling, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Poll of the Ratepayers in the Waitomo County will be taken on Thursday, the Sth day of June 1922, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., to determine whether the system of rating on the Capital Value or the system of Rating on the Unimproved Value shall be in force in the Waitomo County.
