REDUCTION IN AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Aeceived Mav 29, 8.55 p.m. New York, May 29. The United States Railroad Labor Board announces wage reductions of maintenance-way workers, beginning on July 1 of 58 million dollars, affecting 400,000 men, and representing approximately a cut of 1.3 per cent.
