DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS RESUMED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington, May 25. Dr. Wielfeldt, the new German Ambassador, in presenting his credentials co President Harding, said he hoped to gain American confidence in the peaceful tendency of the policy of Germany, which was only bent on serving the interests of the work and welfare of the people. The president replied that he was glad to co-operate in strengthening these economic and intellectual relations which had so long been maintained between the German and American peoples.
