T x accordance with the provisions of “The Waikato and King Country Counties Act, 1921-22,” “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” “The Counties Act, 1920,” and any other Acts and Authorities in that behalf enabling, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Poll of the Ratepayers in the Waitomo County will be taken on Thursday, the Sth day of June 1922, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., to determine whether the system of. rating on the Capital Value or the system of Rating on the Unimproved Value shall be in force in the Waitomo County. The Polling Booths will be situated at the following places, and any qualified ratepayer may vote at any one booth:
