Warwickshire, 170 and 116, beat Gloucester, 105 and 84. Notts, 421, beat Derbyshire, 115 and 176. Lancashire, 460 for two wickets, declared. Makepeace made 152 arid Hallows 179 not out. They beat Worcester, 289 and 96. Parkin took seven wickets for 23 runs.
