REVIVAL OF RUSSIA.
GERMANS WANT SECURITY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received May 24, 9.5 p.m. Berlin, May 23. A German-Russian association for the promotion of mutual commercial relations, comprising leading industrialists, expressed the view that while it was highly desirable that Germany should take an active part in the reconstruction of Russia the absence of legal security there, together with the Soviet’s monopolisation of industry and trade, is bound to nip in .the bud any revival of economic forces. —Aus.-N.Z.
