MAN FOUND DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The body of a man, believed to be Frederick Williams, a tunneller, was found in the harbor. He was middleaged. He was employed by the Public Works Department prior to coming to Auckland a few weeks ago.
