Ltd., was sentenced to eighteen months’ hard labor; Henry Alfred Marshall., for breaking and entering and theft, at Dannevirke, six years hard labor and declared a habitual criminal; Norman Stewart Ward, for breaking and entering and theft at Feilding. two years’ reformative treatment: William Marr, breaking and en tering at Wellington. .-•!>: months; Bert Moore, theft from a dwelling al Waipiikurau, two years; Alfred John Mills, theft of jewellery and money, six months.
