DEATH FROM INJURIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 18. A single man named Thos. Smith, 64 years of age, residing at Taita, received injuries yesternight which resulted fatally About 6.15 p.m. he went into the vard of the farmhouse where he was embloved and stumbled over a farm cultivator and severely injured his. throat. He died before reaching the hospital.
