HURRICANE AT OPA.
MISSION STATION DESTROYED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May 18. News from Vila. New Hebrides, states that the hurricane which swept the group three months ago destroyed the Melanesian station at Opa Island, north of the Hebrides. Anxiety is felt for the safety of several school buildings in other islands, particularly in the same region as Opa.
