DEAF MAN KILLED.
STRUCK BY RAILWAY ENGINE. By Telegraph.—Press Association Wanganui, Last Night. A middle-aged man, named Jack Meadows, a carter, married, with three children, was struck by a railway engine near Aramoho this evening and killed. Deceased was very deaf and did not hear the train approaching.
