The following official weather forecast was issued at 4 pun. to-dav: ‘‘Present indications are for variable and strong winds, with easterlies to northerlies prevailing. Weather dull and misty, with rain generally, and heavy rain in many parts. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere.”
