THE TARANAKI SHIELD. WON BY NEW PLYMOUTH. A match between New Plymouth and Hawera, for the Taranaki Rifle Club’s Challenge Shield, was fired on the Hawera range on Saturday, resulting in a win for the New Plymouth Defence Rifle Club by six points. Scores are as follow: NEW PLYMOUTH.
