ARBITRATION COURT.
STAGE EMPLOYEES’ AWARD. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 6. The Arbitration Court filed an award, for the Wellington Stage Employees’ Union. The award has been completely recast and is to be regarded as a model award for adoption in other districts for a term of two years. Some of the wages are as follows. Rates for employees on tour as shown before; resident first mechanic £7 15s to £fl, second £7 to £5 ss; flyman £6 lOs; first property man £7 5s to £5 I,oa, second £6 10s to £4 15s; first electrician £7 ss, second £6 10s; wardrobe master £5 15s to £4 10s; wardrobe mistress .£5 5s to £4.
