RAILWAY MANAGEMENT. Received May 4, 5.5 p.m. Genoa, May 3. Sir P. Lloyd Graeme (not Mr. Lloyd George, as previously telegraphed) stated that a meeting of railway managements would result in the establishment of a standing committee of railway managers, which would be a practical general staff to co-ordinate and execute a policy. The commission had invited the League of Nations to examine the progress made and assist the nations in putting the resolution* into operation.—Aua-N.Z. Cable Assn.
