BRITISH LABOR’S PLEA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received May 4, 9.45 p.m. , London, May 3. The general council of the Trade Union Congress and the executive of the Labor Party, representing six million workers, to-day telegraphed to Mr. Lloyd George: “Strongly urge full political recognition of tae Soviet by other Governments as indispehsible to the re-establishment of the political and economic life of Europe. The admission of Russia and Germany to the League of Nations would be a better guarantee of peace than any new nonaggression pact.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
