The Premier (Mr. McKenzie King), replying to a statement by a Liberal member of the House of Commons that there should be devised some more direct method of handling diplomatic questions between the United States and Canada than through the British Embassy, said the Dominion Government was considering the appointment of a Canadian Minister to Washington.—Aus.-N.Z.
