APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE. By Telegraph.—Press Association Wellington, Last Night. Mr. Massey announced to-day that the following had been appointed a committee to enquire and report on the incidence of taxation: —Messrs. Edward Anderson (Auckland I, Walter Gow (Dunedin), W. D. Hunt (Wellington). G. Shirtcliffe (Wellington). P. Barr- (Dunedin), E. A. Campbell (Wanganui), A. L. Hunt (Wellington). J. Bitchener (Waitaki), N. Campbell (Motunan), W. Barton (Featherston), L. Weston (Wellington), and E. W. Hunt (Wellington).
