THE COMING CONFERENCE. I The dispute between the PostmasterGeneral and the P. and T. Officers’ Association concerning the proposed affiliation of the association with the Alliance of Labor is at a standstill pending the conference of delegates. The executive of the association has referred the decision to this conference, but is expected to make certain recommendations.
