A traveller, on his way to Switzerland, purchased for ;>OO kronen a bottle of wine at a village inn in the Austrian Tyrol. He drank the contents, and at the Swiss frontier he sold the empty bottle for fifty centimes. As the Swiss fifty centime piece is worth 700 kronen in Austrian currency, he was 200 kronen in pocket on the deal, as well as having iad the wine free.
