REMEDIES WANTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Teheran, April 2G. In view of the unsatisfactory position of Persian affairs the Mejliss, at the Premier’s request, appointed a commission representing all the Parliamentary parties to assist the Cabinet in formulating a policy in the best interests of the country. The Premier, Moshired Dowlah, favors development of the north Persian oilfields and the engagement of foreign advisers, which the Majliss has hitherto refused.
