GOVERNMENT WAR BONDS CONVERSION. NEW SOUTH WALES LOAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—-Copyright. Received April 22, 5.5 p.m. London, April 21. The Government is offering to convert about 263 millions of 5 per cent. National War Bonds, maturing from October, 1921, to April, 1923, either into 4J per cent, ten-year Treasury Bonds at par, with a cash payment of £4 per cent., or into a 3| per cent, conversion loan at £134 for each £lOO.

It is expected that a New South Wales loan of five millions at £5 per cent, will be issued at the end of next week. The price has not yet been fixed.
