Received April 23, 5.5 p.m. Paris, April 22. A Belgrade despatch states that the Monastir explosion was the work of Macedonian revolutionaries. FIGHTING IN SYRIA. Received April 23, 5.5 p.m. Cairo, April 22. It is reported that conflicts have been renewed in Syria. A French officer anil seven Syrians were killed and sixteen wounded.
