Secretary of State, has announced that the United States recognises Boris Blakhnieteff. who: was appointed by the Kerensky Government as Russian Ambassador, and that he is not required to respond to a process, thus crushing the Senate Labor Committee’s attempt to subpoena Bakhmeteff to give evidence at the hearing of the charges against Semenoff.
