The committee in. charge of the Stratford Foresters’ Grand Ball held Its final meeting on Wednesday evening, and, judging by the report received from the head of the various sub-committees, patrons are assured an evening’s enjoyment on Easter Monday. The music is in the capable hands of Mrs. Bianchi’s orchestra of -four instruments, while the sit-down supper is in trustworthy hands. Visitors are expected from all parts of Taranaki. Country subscribers not receiving their Daily News regularly are asked to immediately notify our circulation manager, care Mr. W. H. Humphrey, Stratford. Complaints will receive prompt attention.
