THE PEACE CONFERENCE. COMPOSING THE IRISH DIFFERENCES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 12, 8.10 ]s.m. London, April 12. The Peace Conference will be held at Dublin on Wednesday. The manifesto of the Labor Party is proving a factor for peace. The final draft of the Free State constitution will be shown to de Valera during the conference, which is due to the efforts of Archbishop Byrne, Mr. Stephen O’Mara, of Limerick, and the Lord Mayor of Dublin. REPUBLICAN PARTY. TO REPUDIATE TREATY. London, April 11. An armed body of the Irish Republican Army suppressed the Clonmel (sessions, functioning as a Free State Court, despite the protests of judges and counsel. The Ulster Government has issued a proclamation prohibiting anyone, except the Crown forces and certain specified special constables, from possessing arms. The Donegal railways have notified that, owing to the conditions of the country, they cannot guarantee that trains will reach their destination, and disclaim all responsibility for delays or injuries to passengers or losses of luggage and merchandise. Mr. Churchill, in the House of Commons, denied emphatically the rumors that the plans for the evacuation of Ireland had been changed. The specials captured at Clones have been released. The Lord Mayor of Dublin has convened a conference to consider a truce or settlement with Mr. de Valera. Mr. Collins has accepted an invitation. The Dublin correspondent of tne Daily Mail states that Mr. de Valera has issued a document proclaiming the creation of a Republican Party, whose aims include the repudiation of the treaty, which is humiliating to the nation, destructive of its status and national claims, and the removal from Ireland of every vestige of foreign authority and interference.
