NOLAN & CO. fJAVE received instruct ions to offer the under-mentioned Memorandum for Sale, Without Reserve, by Public Auction at their Mart, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on Thursday, the Thirteenth day of April, 1922, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon— ALL THAT the estate or interest of the Vendor as Mortgagee under and by virtue of Memorandum of Mortgage, Registered No. 43799, in all tllat piece of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing Two hundred acres, more or less, BEING Section Thirty-eight (38), Block XIII., Ngaire Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 90, Folio 225 (Taranaki Registry), which mortgage is dated the Second day of July, 1920, and has been given to secure repayment of the principal sum of Six x thousand two hundred pounds ( £6200) on the First day of July, 1935, together with interest thereon at Seven Pounds
