Arrived Auckland April 3. Due New Plymouth in May. Wairuna, to load at Pacific Coast ports for Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth during April. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga early yesterday morning with passengers and 120 tons of general cargo, sailing on the return passage after the arrival of the mail train from the south last evening. On account of the Easter holidays the Rarawa will arrive here again to-morrow morning, a day earlier than usual, sailing again for Onehunga the same evening. On the first trip after the holidays the Rarawa will arrive here on Wednesday, a day later than usual. THE MAINDY LODGE. No sign of the Maindy Lodge was seen up till nightfall last evening. The vessel lert Newcastle on Monday of last week, but probably the south-wester off slvore and the heavy seas prevailing on Monday have caused her to reduce speed. She should put in an. appearance here to-day. KAHIKA TO-MORROW. The Kahika is expected to leave Wellington late to-day for New Plymouth, arriving here to-morrow. She has about 500 tons of general cargo for discharge- hare, and will then load 7000 crates of cheese for Homeward transhipment at Wellington, for which port she Is expected to soil on Saturday. THE KAKAPO. No definite advice has been received by the local office of the Union Steam Ship Company regarding the departure of the K - kapo from Whangarei. It is considered lil ely that shp will leave that port to-day, arriving here on Saturday. From here the vessel proceeds to Wellington and Greymouth to discharge the balance of her cement cargo. CORINNA NEXT WEEK. The Corinna is due with general cargo from southern ports about Wednesday of next week. She was originally set down .er arrival here on Monday, but the Easter holidays will cause a slight delay at way ports. WAIRUNA’S MOVEMENTS. The Wairuna, from Pacific Coast ports, is expected to leave San Francisco about Thursday, April 20. for Auckland, Wellington. New Plymouth. Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. PROFITS FROM AUSTRALIAN TRADE. The German-Australian S.S. Co. and the Kosnios Shipping Company, which are working under a community of interests agreement, announce dividends for 1921. The GermanAustralian Company pays 14 per cent., com- ; pared with 10- per cent, in 1920, and the Kosmos Company 10 per cent., compared with 6 pel* cent. For the first twelve years the German-Australian Company gets 60 per cent, of the profits, and the Kosmos 40 per cent. Thereafter the profits will be equally divided. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS. London, April 10.—Arrived: At Suez, Montrose, Port Sydney; at Hull, Cooee.
