AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 80, Folio 74 (Taranaki Register), and in Memorandum of Mortgage number 39746, the said property being situated in Buller Street in New Plymouth aforesaid, and having a five-roomed dwelling thereon.
