By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Tile following weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: “Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, veering to north-westerlies in and southward of Cook Strait. Changeable weather generally, with scattered showers. The barometer has a temporary rising tendency.’’
