DAIRY PRODUCE.
GRADING FIGURES SHOW INCREASE. The Daily Division, Department of Agriculture, has compiled the following statement showing dairy produce graded during the month of March and the eight-monthly period ended with March, together with comparisons with the cor-' responding periods in last season:—
Converting these figures into butterfat equivalent, there is an increase of 21.90 in butter-fat production for the eight-monthly period ending March, 1922, over the corresponding period for 1920-21.
